Together We Click is a vibrant youth exchange that brings together young people from diverse backgrounds to celebrate differences and explore how we can create more inclusive, connected communities. It’s a space where identities are valued, voices are heard, and lasting friendships are formed.

Through fun and engaging non-formal learning methods—like storytelling, role-play, group discussions, and self-reflection—participants will explore key themes such as identity, diversity, and social inclusion. Together, they’ll learn how to recognize and challenge discrimination, question stereotypes, and build a culture of empathy, equality, and mutual respect in their daily lives.

The program encourages deep conversations and shared experiences, creating an open space where young people can express themselves freely and listen to others with curiosity and compassion. It’s a chance to reflect on how different identities are seen—or sometimes ignored—in our communities, and to imagine how we can make youth spaces more open, welcoming, and inclusive for everyone.

Whether you’re passionate about social justice, curious about other cultures, or simply looking to grow personally and socially, this exchange invites you to connect, learn, and be part of something meaningful. Participant Profile

  • Residents or citizens from any of these countries: Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia, Serbia, Romania, Lithuania or Portugal

  • Optimal age range: 16-22 years old

  • Available to attend the whole duration of the program and participate in all the sessions

  • Highly motivated to learn about wellbeing practices and exercises, and meet people from different cultural backgrounds.

  • Open-minded and willing to help.

  • Expresses a willingness to disseminate the youth exchange to other groups of young people.

  • Currently not receiving any funds from the European Union (e.g.: participating in an Erasmus exchange program within University).

Schedule

Days 1–2: Laying the Foundations

Our journey will begin with a warm welcome and a series of energizing team-building activities. Through creative icebreakers and inclusive group games, participants will begin forming connections and building trust. Early workshops will introduce key concepts around diversity and identity, setting the stage for a safe, respectful space where every voice is valued. These first steps are about creating the foundations for building bridges between different experiences, cultures, and perspectives.

Days 3–8: Crossing into Understanding

Over the next six days, participants will dive deeper into themes of social inclusion, equity, and belonging through interactive, non-formal education methods. Each day brings a new opportunity to explore these ideas creatively through storytelling sessions that amplify unheard voices, role-playing and simulation games that help uncover hidden biases, visual and performing arts as tools for expression and advocacy and dialogue circles and group challenges to develop empathy and collaborative problem-solving.

These experiences will help participants better understand the barriers faced by marginalized groups and inspire them to become more active, compassionate bridge builders in their own communities.

Day 9: Building Forward Together

Our final day is dedicated to reflection, celebration, and looking ahead. Participants will revisit the highlights of their learning journey, share personal insights, and brainstorm how they can bring the spirit of Bridge Builders back home.

We’ll also co-create action plans and ideas for local outreach, equipping everyone to become changemakers in their youth spaces. A Youthpass ceremony will recognize each participant’s growth, and we’ll close the exchange with a vibrant celebration of the friendships, stories, and bridges we’ve built together.

Location and Venue

The youth exchange will take place in the peaceful and green surroundings of Vilijos Čepulienės sodyba, located in Labanoras — a beautiful spot known for its forests, fresh air, and nearby lakes. Participants will stay in shared rooms of 3 to 5 people, grouped to encourage intercultural exchange and arranged by gender.

All participants will receive three meals a day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you have any dietary needs or preferences (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.), make sure to let us know in the application form so we can take care of it in advance.

  • Travel days will be 27th of October and 7th of November.

  • The main travel tickets will be purchased and arranged by our organization. These include bus, train and flight tickets and exclude local and urban transportation.

  • For flights, we are funding only the most basic option, which includes one small backpack to be carried under the seat. You will be free to add priority or cargo luggage to your reservation, but at your own cost.

  • Each country will have designated meeting points, where participants will gather to begin their journey. Participants can arrange their own travel to the meetings points.

  • In some cases it might be needed for participants to travel one day earlier or return one day later, for example if there are no viable flight connections in the same day.

  • Once the participant selection is finished and everyone is confirmed, the event coordinators will arrange, and finalize the travel itinerary for each group with the national group leaders.

  • All important info regarding travel and other topics will be available on a dedicated Discord channel of the activity, and also via e-mail.

  • Above you can find a preliminary plan for each national group. These might change depending on the availability of connections and prices.

Other Useful Information

  • Participation costs: There are no participation costs. Travel, accommodation, and food are co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. However, participants who are selected will need to pay a 50€ deposit to confirm their participation. This is to avoid last-minute cancelations and to cover possible damages caused by the participants on the accommodation. The money is sent back after the activity.

  • Health & Insurance: We are not able to provide insurance for participants, so we kindly ask everyone to arrange their own coverage to ensure a safe and worry-free experience. Additionally, please make sure to bring your European Health Insurance Card, which can be used in case of hospital care is needed.

  • What to bring: Identification card or passport, towel, pocket money to buy personal items (we recommend to bring cash since there might not be an ATM near the venue), laptop (if possible), national food or a typical vest for the gastro and cultural nights, speaker, board games, comfortable and enough clothes for the days of the activity and for outdoor activities as well.
